~Located on 135 arces of rolling hills and woods in Colerain Township.
~Modern 25 stall barn with 2 heated tack rooms, 3 grooming/wash stalls (hot/cold water available), as well as heated vet/farrier/grooming stall.
~Heated restroom with changing area – Handicapped accessible
~Indoor riding arena – 72ft x 200ft with a heated viewing room – Handicapped accessible
~Full size outdoor dressage arena – 60m x 20m
~Lighted outdoor arena – 150' x 300'
~8 large turn out pastures with 4 panel flex vinyl fencing
~2 small turn out areas close to the barn for injured/recuperating horses
~Trails throughout the property to ride on.
~ Quality care given to each and every horse.
~ Horses are watered and fed 3x’s a day (grain and a good quality hay).
Owner supplied supplements will be included as directed by the owner.
~ Horses will have daily turnout (weather and field conditions permitting).
~ Stalls cleaned daily (7 days per week / 52 weeks per year).
~ Stall water buckets cleaned daily.
~ Bi-monthly rotational worming program.
~ Veterinarian supervised vaccination program .
